Team Building Activities are a way to elevate communication and collaboration in your business that leads to better performance and success by lifting morale, strengthening relationships, enhancing employees' leadership skills, and creating strong bonds among coworkers.
The MG Team Building Program allows your people to get to know each other in a new way, as they create one-of-one pieces of art!
ART comes from the heart and soul. What better way for your team to get to know each other and make better connections!
Using the Mulberry Glass experience, they will learn more about themselves, and their teammates, as they each choose the base glass piece, colors of the papers that excite them and other elements to build their very own piece of art. They see each other in different light – laughing and sharing stories as they work – developing trust and rapport. Not your typical team building activity! And everyone goes home with their very own personal piece of art in hand.
Worried that the men on your team may not engage? Not a problem. We offer a variety of options for them. Beer steins & pilsner glasses, rocks/bourbon glasses, coffee mugs, cigar boxes, and more!
The program is customizable to meet your goals and budget:

- The questions and/or topics to be covered and ways they are introduce.

As an extra feature, if you would like us to find a venue and caterer, we will be happy to do so. We’ll provide options, you choose the one you prefer, and we have them send the contracts straight to you. Saving you time and effort.
